The "Baila en Cuba 2025" event is calling upon aficionados of Cuban rhythms to participate in the 18th World Meeting of Dance Academies and Dancers in Havana.
Dedicated to the genres of Casino and Salsa, the gathering will take place from November 16 to 21, featuring prominent groups and promoters of these styles from various countries.
Sponsored by ARTEX, Artistic and Literary Promotions, the event's program encompasses academic and practical offerings, master classes, and dance couple competitions.
Additionally, workshops on Casino, Timba, Chachachá, Folklore, and Lady/Men's styling will be held at the University of the Arts.
Among the top-tier musical ensembles slated to perform at Havana's iconic "Benny Moré Tropical Pink Room" are Adalberto Álvarez y su Son, Manolito Simonet y su Trabuco, Isaac Delgado y su Orquesta, and Maykel Blanco y su Salsa Mayor.
